Thanks mate, I think that option might be ticked but only out of complete frustration when it wasn't working with it ticked! Will try unticking and see how I go. See if you have that 'use hand controllers' option ticked and untick it (you'll obviously have to do that in 2D).

Thoughts? Other than go and buy a made for windows VR headset lol.Įdit: I am using the standalone version of DCS, but I believe it should work fine, from what I have read. I saw a suggestion of hitting alt-enter from this point, but this leaves me with a menu that I can select but a fixed, non-moving, non-VR display in the PSVR. In DCS, if I alt-tab I see the double red eye image in the background and single DCS in the middle of the screen. For instance in DCS I can see the dot on the menu and can move it with the mouse but can't click. If I set the monitors to duplicate I can see the proper VR image in the PSVR but I can't get any controls to be recognised in game. The double image comes up on my main monitor and I see the second desktop in the PSVR. If I run any SteamVR game I get pretty much the same results. The PSVR is being recognised as a second monitor. thanks for the help and the infos provided, i appreciate the help from this community.Hoping someone else might have run into the same problem. Sorry for the rant, its late and i'm just pissed. hopefully PS5 comes around with a much better hardware ready for vr, then i can jump back to vr again. i don't want to waste my time with updates and drivers or any of this errors and trouble shooting. i got other things to do, work and a family to take care. Thanks for the help anyway, but i'm done with PCVR. but my psvr headset is already on with the blue lights.

Worst thing is i tried iVRy as recommended, but when turn on my headset, the hmd has a usb disconnect logo, and vr status says that steam vr is on standby and waiting for my hmd to wakeup. still only Raceroom is playable in vr for me. i followed your instructions carefully, but i still got the same results as previously posted. Didn't buy it because already had Trinus and that worked for me.it seems that i am not allowed to use vr for PCars2 or even Asseto Corsa. I tried it during beta testing and it worked good. When launching the game instead of just "Play" on the launch button it should say "Play in VR" and it should launch directly in VR.Īlternatively there is a new PSVR app called iVRy that you can get in the steam store. Start Trinus, once calibration is complete start steam vr.Ĥ. If this is not done will give you red screen for sure.ģ. 1.Display should be set to extend desktop to this display.Ģ.Open Trinus, were it says headset display make sure you select the correct display number that you PSVR is set too.
